I don't know why anyone would want to claim this honor, but this guy is claiming to be the real Borat.
It sounds legitimate to me, but what does the guy hope to get out of this? All Sacha Baron Cohen has to do is slap a disclaimer on his film that all similarities to people living or dead is accidental.
It would be kind of sad if Cohen did steal the idea from this guy, but you know the whole movie is original, improv anyways. I haven't seen it yet, but it looks funny.
